　　To answer this question, China Home Appliances Online, at the 2021 China Comfortable Home Appliances Smart Enjoyment Forum, jointly released the "2021 Comfortable Home Appliances Report" (hereinafter referred to as the Report) with Jilin University. It attempts to explore from the consumer's perspective the impact of home environment comfort on individual psychological comfort, and see what kind of home appliance products people really need.

They include heads of major home appliance brands, home environment designers, professors from the Industrial Design Department of Tsinghua University Academy of Arts, and industry experts. Through interviews with them, we can understand the role of comfortable home appliances in modern home life.

　　For the new generation who grew up with a better material foundation, they are gradually taking more intelligent, comfortable, and fashionable home appliances as their basic needs when making purchases.

　　Wang Lei, secretary-general of the China Household Electrical Appliances Association, said that in the trend of improving the comfort of home appliances, the home appliance industry has begun to explore the potential and value of home appliances, and hopes to use its technological strength to develop home appliance products to bring comfort and convenience to consumers' home environment.

　　In the report, consumers expressed their opinions on "comfortable" home appliances. Home appliances with rich and practical functions received 63.4% support, while excellent texture (20.4%) and beautiful appearance (8.6%) are their bonus points.

　　People need the power of technology to support comfortable living, and home appliances that combine practicality and appearance are what consumers most want to own.
